Hello! My name is Ena. I am usually known as Enen (pronounced as 'ann-ann'). I have been trading CS items for over 7 years now, and have recently branched out into DOTA 2. I am, however, not good at playing either game :p

1) You will send the list of items that you are interested in.

2) I will give you a quotation (fixed price; no negotiation)

3) You will let me know your preferred payment method

4) I will send you my payment details and my trade url

5) You will send a trade offer for your ordered items and make payment

6) After payment's verified, I will accept the trade offer

If you wish to get items that are currently not in my instock list, you can pre-order them. Pre-orders will have trade hold (usually approx 7-10 days, some may take longer), and deposit of 20% is required before I prepare the items. The other 80% will be paid after the items are tradable.

Machines – ATM funds transfer, cash deposit

Meet up option is no longer available. 

You can transfer money using cash deposit machines. There are many cash deposit machines in Singapore -- let me know which area you are located at and I will check for machines that are nearby.

You do not need a bank card/ account, and there is no age requirement! The process is easy - feel free to PM me and I will guide you step-by-step.

If you purchase items from my instock list, you may receive them immediately. Any item that is not in the list will require a period of trade hold. Read HERE for more details regarding the purchase of items with trade-hold (pre-order).

Most pre-orders will be tradable to you in 7-10 days. Some items may take longer depending on the supply.

Please only buy if you can wait. For minimal waiting time, do check out my TRADABLE ITEMS.

I do not accept verbal confirmation/ reservation without deposit or payment. Full payment is required if you wish to get items that are already in my inventory, regardless of whether they are tradable or not. 20% of ordered amount is required if you wish to pre-order an item (the other 80% later). All items will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Payment will be made via online transfer only (paynow/paylah/internet bank transfer).

No meet up for deals.

You must trade your items to me first before I make payment to you.

I do not accept pure item-for-item trades (also not interested in physical goods, accounts or just anything unrelated to skins). I do provide trade-in and upgrade services: i.e. your item + cash top-up, to buy a more expensive item from me. Top-up amount must at least be 20% of the upgraded item's value.

E.g. your item is valued at $80

You must purchase items worth at least $100 (formula in this case: $80 ÷ 80 x 100)

Cash top-up must be at least $20 (20% of $100)

Current process if you order items that are TRADABLE:

1) You will check the price of the items that you want to trade in (refer to upgrade page)

2) I will let you know how much you need to top up

3) You will transfer the money

4) We will trade the items in a single trade offer

Current process if you pre-order items with trade-hold:

Method 1:

You will pay 20% of the amount of the ordered items as deposit. You will then wait out the trade hold period. Once the ordered items are tradable, you will check the price of the items that you want to trade in, transfer the remaining balance (if any), and we will trade the items in a single trade offer.

Method 2:

You will trade in your items as deposit (and also to lock their current prices), then I will prepare the order. You will then wait out the trade hold period. Once the ordered items are tradable, you will pay the remaining amount and I will trade you the items.

No. All prices and rates are transparent and non-negotiable. I do not engage in price-war/bidding. 

You cannot change your order or get your deposit back once money has been paid and items have been prepared.

If you have bought an item from me and wish to sell / trade it back to me, you most likely will not get back what you paid for. I will only take in your items at quicksell/ trade-in rate. Thus, please be consistent with your decision. Thank you!

1. Please do not negotiate. Prices of items for sale are transparent, fair and should be below steam market price. However, if you see any item (without special float/stickers/style/rare pattern) that is listed above steam market price, do let me know and i will give you an updated price (if applicable). All requests regarding beating any third-party site/seller's rate/price will be ignored.

2. My working hours are from 2pm to 1am. I usually reply slower from Friday to Sunday (mainly away on Sundays). Occasionally I do need to be away for some time during my working hours for personal time (I have a life). If I do not get back within 2-3 hours, do drop me another message in case I've missed out your initial one!

3. I only keep one mode of communication, which is on Whatsapp. I do not initiate a conversation, friend request, trade offer or monetary deal with anyone. Thus, if you have received a deal invitation or initiated-conversation from 'me', that is an impersonator. 

4. For orders especially with long list of items, please ask for price quotations only when you have researched on what skin you want, saved up and are financially ready to order. You may use steam market's price as a rough guide on how much items cost. Price quoted by me is only accurate as of that moment, and may change even just after a day. It takes time to check item by item, so please understand and only enquire when ready. 

5. I reserve the right to refuse any item or deny service for any reason (usually for a good reason). I will not entertain anybody who attempt to scam, troll, be rude or sarcastic, and/or cause harm or loss. All irrelevant requests will be ignored/rejected (e.g. trade for physical items, accounts etc.)

6. If two or more parties are interested in the same item, priority will be given to returning customers. Otherwise, items are sold on first-come-first-served basis by default.

7. You are responsible for your items, account details and your deals with anyone. I do not assist with any dispute you have experienced with a third party by providing anyone's personal information or by being a middleman. I also do not vouch for any buyer/seller that I have dealt with before, as I cannot guarantee their trustworthiness in subsequent deals. Please trade and deal safely!

Safety tip: Deal via whatsapp ONLY, so that you have an official number that is registered with the person's NRIC (very helpful with tracking identity if police report is filed [for local deals], can't say for overseas transaction). Dealing purely on carousell, telegram or steam may be risky as accounts are usually anonymous and authorities are not able to help with the dispute.
